The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value customers
- Navigate and execute 'go-to-market' strategies
- Research prospects and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities that consistently convert into revenue
- Act as a trusted resource to prospects and customers by staying current with industry and technology trends
- Proactively manage relationships and engage potential partners
- Contribute to the company's growth strategy as we take our product to market

What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of building a substantial customer portfolio
- Strong commercial experience within digital technology
- Understanding of pharmaceuticals, insurance, and sports markets
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles in B2B environments
- Proactive approach to relationship management and partner engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in digital health or related industries
- Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
