Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects and coordinating activities between the CEO and the wider team.
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and achieving our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as and when needed.

Ensure projects are delivered on time.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Coordination and Communication:
-
Act as a liaison between the CEO and the business's departments.
-
Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.

Prepare and distribute status reports, along with various documentation to support teams and projects.

Team Collaboration:
-
Foster a collaborative environment among team members.
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.

Assist in workload distribution and allocation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Background in medtech or highly regulated industries.
