As our Senior Developer, you’ll be a key player in a fast-paced, highly innovative team focused on scaling and enhancing our software. Over the next 18 months, your contributions will shape our architecture, optimise user experiences, and set new standards for performance and innovation in our field.
​
We are looking for a character who is a team player that can roll up their sleeves to help deliver our roadmap for our SaMD (Software as a medical device).

Location: Hybrid (Remote/Cambridge)

Core Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and development of medical device software solutions

Oversee cross-platform development across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android
-
Manage integration between frontend, backend, and ML components
-
Guide team through medical device validation processes (18-month cycles)

Establish coding standards, review processes, and technical documentation

Mentor and develop engineering team members

Required Skills
-
8+ years software development experience
-
Experience leading teams in regulated environments (ideally medical devices)

Strong understanding of mobile development architectures

Experience with React, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms

Knowledge of ML/AI integration in production environments

Understanding of medical device regulations (ideal)
