The Opportunity
As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be expected to collect experimental data in the clinic or in the lab following detailed testing protocols, work with large amounts of healthcare-related data, process it at scale using internal SOPs, and develop technical reports and presentations.
​
We are an open and ambitious team of scientists, analysts and engineers, keen to make a big impact in digital healthcare, and we believe this is a rare opportunity for someone that sees the trend towards the digitalisation of healthcare and is fascinated by such technological challenges.

Your Responsibilities

Perform clinical data collection
-
Regular testing of software applications developed internally

Operating hardware devices for data collection and testing

Follow, improve and develop SOPs / WIs for data preparation and analysis of large datasets encompassing sensor, video, audio, and patient demographic data

Developing and maintaining technical reports and presentations

Gather and document technical and clinical requirements

Create detailed functional specifications and user stories

Support validation and verification activities
-
Liaise between clinical stakeholders and development team

Maintain requirements traceability matrix

Support regulatory documentation

What You’ll Need
-
Experience as a data technician, experimental technician, or similar role
-
Proven ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a previous role.

Experience with interacting with patients

Strong communicator and ability to interact well with both other data scientists and non-technical audiences

Flexibility and agility in your approach to work

A degree in Medical Engineering or Masters

A demonstrable interest and/or experience working in digital health, digital therapeutics, or the medical technology industry in general
